Hey everyone. The English has returned. Well, actually it returned a while ago. Sorry I haven't posted anything. I actually did a little art over the summer, but I just haven't bothered to upload. I'm afraid recently I haven't had much inspiration which is a bad thing since the deadline for the HakuBaikou contest is approaching. I've had general ideas in varying stages of completion and none of them have worked out particularly well. It's a bit frustrating. However, just because my inspiration has dried up doesn't mean that you shouldn't be submitting to the contest. If you win anything, you get a sampling of fanfiction from me. Pairings and situations of your choice. Wouldn't that be nice? So head over and get inspired.



Also, I'll be leaving for Japan in a few days so if you have any advice for me (places to go, things to do, etc.) please let me know.

OK everyone. As you may or may not be aware, I'm doing a summer intensive language school where I'm not allowed to speak English. Sounds like fun right? Well, that also means I won't be responding to comments and the like until after the school finishes. I'll still upload art, but the descriptions will be in Japanese, my target language, and running them through Babel fish will probably give you a laugh.

I know many of you on my watchers list found me through my Kenshin art. If you've not yet heard through the fandom, artist passed away in a car accident this January. Among her many contributions to the RK fan community, she hosted a yearly art contest which she sponsored. While many of you may not be active RK artists, I'd appreciate it if you'd spread the word and let everyone know that is holding a final contest in Hakubaikou's honor and we'd love for as many participants to join as possible. If you're comfortable with it, submit a piece. I'll certainly be creating a few entries during summer school and I'd love to see your work too.

Ok, now that I have answered the Pants' call for meme, I suppose I should give a brief update. School's well under way and my schedule's insane. Thursday through Saturday are great, but just about any other day, except maybe Tuesday, sucks.

I've got a ton of projects in the works, but none of them seem like to come to fruition in the near future. Planning an Ouran cosplay pic, a few Soul Eater comic strips, a commemorative Inuyasha strip for the finish of the series (mostly so I can bitch about how cheated I felt by that blasted 500+ chapter manga,) and of course, actual cosplay. Actually just found a perfect pair of white gloves at the thrift store. Just need to scour them a bit with baking soda or something.

KOS, as Megamo pointed out, is going swimmingly in spite of our lack of people. We're slowly drawing a trap around our new vict...I mean members to get them to join. Not that we have that many, but we're working on that too.

Not much else to say. New method of distraction: actually start on my sword for Boston.

Hey all!

So a little backstory here.

I'm the president of my college's Anime club, and one day me and my co-prez decided we wanted to make an unofficial A-Cappella group that sang game and anime music.

Well, the only people we had were ourselves, and whoever in the club wanted to jump in. What this meant was that we didn't know what sort of talent we'd be getting.

Fortunately, we got quite a bit. We compiled some songs, and proceeded to hold a concert and sing them. Most of these were arranged by our arranger and bass, Zed.

Keep in mind, we are not professionals, and only half of us have true singing experience. Still, I hope you find something to your liking, and spread the word about us:
